My name is Marianna Sigov. Creativity has played a significant role in my life and I've been painting for about half of my life. I am a contemporary oil painter and mixed media artist, creating art out of my home studio in California. I love the nature and I am inspired and motivated by many great painters of the past such as Gustave Klimt, Claude Monet, and Pierre-Auguste Renoir. I paint that which moves me, usually in an impressionistic style, but with an emphasis on varying measures of abstraction. My work explores the movement of color and represents happiness of life and emotions and thoughts are reflected in my art. I paint upon life experience as my artistic influence. I use a variety of tempera,acrylics,and oil paint to integrate colors and form.
